ADW / Technology, experience & growth systems
British Columbia / Remote
Clear requirements. Accountable delivery. Confident adoption.
ADW helps organizations connect technology, digital experience, growth systems, data, and AI to the business outcome—then lead the work into a controlled, adoptable delivery.
Two ways to work with ADW
Bring a technology initiative from uncertainty to a controlled outcome. ADW leads discovery, requirements, solution planning, vendor coordination, delivery governance, testing, launch, and adoption.
Qualified technical specialists are brought into the engagement where the work requires platform engineering, development, managed operations, or security expertise.
Discuss a technology initiativeAdd experienced technology-delivery leadership directly to your team for project management, product ownership, business and systems analysis, functional analysis, delivery recovery, and enterprise AI adoption and governance.
Explore contract leadershipWhat ADW helps deliver
ADW connects business needs, customer experience, technology decisions, and delivery execution. Every engagement starts with the outcome the organization needs, not a predetermined tool.
ADW turns an ambiguous business or technology challenge into a controlled decision, an accountable delivery path, and a useful operating model.
↗02From discovery through service design, ADW keeps customer, user, and operating needs visible while the work moves into design and delivery.
↗03ADW connects digital discovery, content, lifecycle journeys, campaign operations, and measurement to the actual customer and operating model.
↗04ADW leads the business and delivery work behind digital products, enterprise platforms, integrations, workplace technology, and resilience decisions.
↗05ADW helps organizations connect decision needs, data, workflows, governance, and responsible AI adoption before scaling a technical solution.
↗06ADW makes quality, readiness, adoption, service transition, and learning part of delivery instead of a last-minute handoff.
↗Delivery & Advisory
ADW turns strategy, operational needs, and stakeholder expectations into clear requirements, controlled delivery, accepted solutions, and sustainable change.
Discuss a technology initiativeWhy ADW
ADW is principal-led and specialist-supported: the business need stays visible while the right capability is matched to the scope.
We define the operating problem, users, processes, requirements, constraints, and measures of success before committing to a solution.
Business owners, specialists, vendors, decisions, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria are brought into one controlled delivery model.
ADW is principal-led. Qualified technical specialists are added when a project requires deep platform, engineering, managed-service, or security capability.
Testing, readiness, communication, training, process change, support transition, and measurable adoption are planned from the beginning.
How ADW works
Understand the business problem, stakeholders, current state, risks, and desired result.
Establish requirements, future-state processes, solution options, scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plan.
Coordinate specialists and vendors, manage priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks, budget, and progress.
Lead testing, trace requirements to outcomes, assess readiness, and resolve critical gaps.
Prepare users, operational ownership, support, governance, and benefits tracking.
Founder-led
ADW is a founder-led technology delivery practice connecting business strategy, product direction, customer experience, requirements, vendors, and execution across enterprise applications, digital products, growth systems, integrations, and technology-enabled operations.
Every engagement brings the combined perspective of project leadership, product management, business and systems analysis, and functional delivery—from stakeholder alignment and discovery through roadmap work, vendor coordination, UAT, change, and go-live.
Outside client work, ADW’s founder Ashish Dawar co-founded Shuttle Storm Badminton Club in Abbotsford, BC. ADW is the presenting sponsor of Shuttle Storm ’26, the club’s badminton tournament on November 21, 2026, and built its website and online registration.
